Queries Added to Desk Knowledge Base

The "Resolution" tab at the top of Desk can be used to Save, Add an article to KB, and be sent to the customer all at once.
This feature is very useful for populating the KB with common responses.
I have demonstrated the feature here so that I can post it on Connect.

One thing to note, so far, I have not found a way to include an attachment or image in the "Resolution" section of a ticket.
Though, they can be added when it takes you to the article section, like so:
