Import Passwords from Other Password Managers

You can import your passwords from other password managers and migrate to Zoho Vault. 



Import passwords from LastPass (CSV)

  1. Export your passwords from LastPass as a CSV file.
  2. Select Settings, then click Import Passwords from the Password Management section in Zoho Vault.
  3. Select LastPass, then upload the exported CSV file.



  4. If you're importing personal passwords, select Mark all imported passwords as personalthen click Verify. Only the passwords classified as Enterprise can be shared with others in Zoho Vault.
  5. You can edit the contents by double-clicking an entry in the table, if necessary.
  6. Click Import



Import passwords from KeePass (XML)

  1. Export your passwords from KeePass as an XML file.
  2. Select Settings, then click Import Passwords from the Password Management section in Zoho Vault.
  3. Select KeePass, then upload the exported XML file.



  4. If you're importing personal passwords, select Mark all imported passwords as personalthen click Verify. Only the passwords classified as Enterprise can be shared with others in Zoho Vault.
  5. You can edit the contents by double-clicking an entry in the table, if necessary.
  6. Click Import.



Import passwords from KeePassX (CSV, XML)

  1. Export your passwords from KeePassX as a CSV or XML file.
  2. Select Settings, then click Import Passwords from the Password Management section in Zoho Vault.
  3. Select KeePassX, then choose your preferred format (CSV or XML) and upload the exported file.



  4. If you're importing personal passwords, select Mark all imported passwords as personalthen click Verify. Only the passwords classified as Enterprise can be shared with others in Zoho Vault.
  5. You can edit the contents by double-clicking an entry in the table, if necessary.
  6. Click Import.



Import passwords from 1Password 4 (CSV)

  1. Export your passwords from 1Password 4 as a CSV file.
  2. Select Settings, then click Import Passwords from the Password Management section in Zoho Vault.
  3. Select 1Password 4, then upload the exported CSV file.



  4. If you're importing personal passwords, select Mark all imported passwords as personalthen click Verify. Only the passwords classified as Enterprise can be shared with others in Zoho Vault.
  5. You can edit the contents by double-clicking an entry in the table, If necessary.
  6. Click Import.



Import passwords from 1Password 7 (TXT)

  1. Export your passwords from 1Password 7 as a TXT file.
  2. Select Settings, then click Import Passwords from the Password Management section in Zoho Vault.
  3. Select 1Password 7 and upload the exported TXT file.



  4. If you're importing personal passwords, select Mark all imported passwords as personalthen click Verify. Only the passwords classified as Enterprise can be shared with others in Zoho Vault.
  5. You can edit the contents by double-clicking an entry in the table, if necessary.
  6. Click Import.



Import passwords from Bitwarden (JSON)

  1. Export your passwords from Bitwarden as a JSON file.
  2. Select Settings, then click Import Passwords from the Password Management section in Zoho Vault.
  3. Select Bitwarden, then upload the exported JSON file.



  4. If you're importing personal passwords, select Mark all imported passwords as personalthen click Verify. Only the passwords classified as Enterprise can be shared with others in Zoho Vault.
  5. You can edit the contents by double-clicking an entry in the table, if necessary.
  6. Click Import.



Import passwords from Dashlane (JSON)

  1. Export your passwords from Dashlane as a JSON file.
  2. Select Settings, then click Import Passwords from the Password Management section in Zoho Vault.
  3. Select Dashlane, then upload the exported JSON file.



  4. If you're importing personal passwords, select Mark all imported passwords as personalthen click Verify. Only the passwords classified as Enterprise can be shared with others in Zoho Vault.
  5. You can edit the contents by double-clicking an entry in the table, if necessary.
  6. Click Import.


            

Note: Only the web logins from Dashlane will be imported to Zoho Vault.
